The ClarityProcess is a mindfulness training which supports you to bring a meaningful change to your life.

Very often, besides having more than enough, we are still feeling tense, stressed and know that something is missing in our life.

Our mind often hangs in thoughts and worries that prevent us from enjoying life to the full.

During these 3 days you will learn simple methods to find out about your hidden patterns and beliefs from your subconscious which significantly influence your life and you will learn how you can realign them in an effective way.

Elements in the course: morning yoga, breathing methods, meditation, mindfulness, simple and profound exercises for independent and self-determined exploration of your subconscious patterns and beliefs, good music, dancing, laughing, having fun, …
